 ・藻琴山登山展望台駐車場より頂上まで2.5km。所要時間約45分。 ●Climbing Mt. Mokoto It is 2.5 km from the observatory/parking lot to the summit. It takes about 45 minutes. |
 ・美羅尾山登山美羅尾スキーロッジより1.2km。所要時間約1時間。（民地通行により承諾要） ●Climbing Mt. Birao It is 1.2 km from the Birao ski lodge. It takes about 1 hour to the summit. | ||

 ・つつじヶ原自然探勝路川湯温泉から硫黄山のあいだを通るつつじヶ原の径ではエゾツツジとハイマツの群落を見ることができる。 ●Tsutsujigahara Nature trail You can see large communities of Ezotsutsuji (an azalea) and creeping pine along the Tsutsujigahara trail between Kawayu Hot Spring and Mt. Iou. ・ポンポン山探勝路 仁伏温泉から南へ向かうポンポン山探勝路は、森林浴、バードウォッチングに最適。 ●Mt.Ponpon Trail The trail stretching, southwards from Nibushi Hot Springs is suitable for forest bathing and bird watching. |

 摩周岳登山昔、アイヌの人達がカムイヌプリ・魔神の山といって崇めていた摩周岳へは摩周温泉に近い第一展望台が登山口、所要時間は片道約2時間30分。 ●Climbing Mt. Mashu The climbing route to Mt. Mashu, which the Ainu people used to respect as "Kamuinupuri," the mountain of the devil, starts at the first viewpoint near Mashu Hot Spring Resort. It takes about 2.5 hours to the summit. ・西別岳登山 夏は、野草が咲き乱れ、晴れた日には摩周湖が一望できる。所要時間は摩周第一展望台登山口から片道約3時間。 ●Climbing Mt. Nishibetsu In summer, wild grasses bloom everywhere and on clear days, Lake Mashu can be observed. It takes about 1 hour to the summit. |
